Not all images have alt text. This fails WCAG2.1 Success Criterion 1.1.1. We are in the process of systematically going through imagery used on the platform and writing alt text where needed.
Some colour combinations don't have a sufficient colour contrast. This fails WCAG2.1 Success Criterion 1.4.3. We are working with developers to fix all such instances of these issues where possible.
Tab focus indicators are not always visible, and in some instances focus gets stuck. This fails WCAG2.1 Success Criterion 2.4.7 and 2.1.2 respectively. We are working with developers to fix all such instances of these issues where possible.
