Finding internships in specific sectors

At the start of your experience journey, you can get involved in, and should get involved in, a wealth of diverse opportunities such as academic-related activities, expanding your interests, joining university/ local groups, volunteering and, of course, paid work. You should then audit how these experiences are developing the skills you need for your chosen career.

Activity: Self-assessment

There are lots of ways to gain experience. You could volunteer, join a student society or help at a summer camp, to name just a few. Use this activity to identify opportunities which you could undertake.
